Anya lives in Round Rock, Texas and hired us for a combo Maternity/Newborn session, taking advantage of the special combo pricing we offer. For her maternity session, she chose Bull Creek in Austin, Texas. The park was bursting with fall colors in late November, but luckily we had some warm weather.
Although this is not a park we frequent, we found some cool places to take some shots, and Anya was a good sport and did a small amount of climbing for a couple of images. Our in-home sessions are convenient for our clients in those first days after returning from the hospital. We bring the lighting, props, backgrounds, beanbags and fabrics and set up in a small space and get to work. Anya and her husband were gracious hosts while we worked and mentioned how they appreciate that we came to them to take photos. We absolutely get it! After being in a hospital for days, then running around to pediatrician and other follow-up visits around town, mom and dad are ready to retire to the comfort of their own home and just adore their little one. Our sessions make it easy.
